:Ingredients

350 Grams Sugar
8 Egg yolks
150 Grams Flour
¼ Tsp. Nutmeg Powder
100 Grams Butter or Ghee
A Pinch of salt to Taste
Mix the Coconut milk and sugar. Stir till the sugar is dissolved. Add egg yolks, one at a time and mix thoroughly. Finally add flour and salt to taste. Mix them carefully. Lumps should not be formed. Sprinkle the nutmeg powder.
Take a baking pan, add 2 tsp butter to it. Then Add ¼ cup of mixture to the baking pan. Baked it for 10 minutes until the top is golden brown. Spread a little butter or ghee on the top of baked layer, again add the mixture and grill the second layer into the salamander. Continue layering and grilling till all the mixture has been used up. Cool thoroughly.
Remove from mould and serve warm or cold.
