Ingredients:
3 Cashew Apples
1 Small Bunch Mint Leaves
½ Cup Yogurt
1 Tsp Olive Oil
Iceberg Lettuce
Salt to Taste
Cut the cashew apples in small cubes. Dress the cashew apples with olive oil and salt to taste. Keep the dish aside. Hang the yogurt over the muslin cloth to make into a thick liquid. Mix this thick yogurt to mint leaves and arrange the dish in a salad platter with lettuce..
