Ingredients:
150 Grams Chicken Breast Cut into Slices
10 Black or Green Olives

1 Medium Chopped Onion
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Preparation of Salsa: Remove seeds and chop the tomatoes. Mix all the ingredients mentioned in the list of Tomato salsa. Mix them properly in a bowl and refrigerate.

Wash the sliced chicken and marinate it with salt and pepper, fresh rosemary, wine and olive oil. Marinate the chicken for 5 to 10 minutes. Add olive in the center of the slices of the marinated chicken. roll it over and poke it with a stick as shown n the photograph. Pan fry the chicken till cooked. Serve it with tomato salsa.
Cooking Tips: While preparing salsa, you can use roasted or blanched tomatoes.
