Ingredients:
1 Small Chinese Cabbage
8 to 10 Black Mushrooms (Shiitake)
8 Cleaned Shrimps
4 to 5 Garlic Cloves
2 Spring Onions
1Ginger Root
1 Tsp Light Soya sauce
1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 Tsp Sesame Oil
Salt and Pepper Powder to Taste
Soak the mushrooms in normal water for 15 to 20 minutes. Cut the mushroom and shrimps in julienne. Mix them with sesame oil, chopped ginger and garlic and all the other ingredients. Mix well. Keep the dish aside.Clean the Chinese cabbage. Separate the leaves of the cabbage carefully. Stuff the filling on a side of the cabbage and roll it to the other end.
Tie the rolls and arrange them in a steamer. Stem the rolls for 15 to 20 minutes until cooked.
Placed the cooked rolls in a serving platter garnished with spring onion. Serve with its own juice which was separated in the steamer. Serve hot.
