1 Cup Refined flour
1 Cup Grated Cooking Dark Chocolate
½ Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
½ Tsp Cinnamon Powder
1 Cup Unsalted Butter
2 Eggs
½ Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup Blueberries Pulp
1/4 Cup Walnuts
1/2 Cup Fresh Blue Berries
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder.
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees centigrades.
Melt the Brown sugar, chocolate and butter. Keep it aside.
In an electric beater, mix the flour, butter and sugar. Add the egg. Mix it well till smooth. Add the melted chocolate mixture to it. Beat it slowly in order to avoid lumps. Add vanilla essence, blueberry pulp, walnuts and baking powder to the mixture till the mixture has a smooth texture. Add the mix to the baking tray. Bake it at a temperature of 180 degrees centigrades for 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove the tray from the oven and de-mould the brownie on a platter. Cut in the shapes of your choice. Garnish and top it with fresh Blueberries. Serve warm or at a room temperature.
