Ingredients:
100 Grams Chocolate
25 Grams Walnuts
1 Big Apple
100 Grams Caster Sugar
2 Small Cubes Butter
1 Tsp Cinnamon Powder
1 Egg
1 Cup Double Heavy Whipped Cream Sweet Flan Pastry:
250 Grams Refined flour
125 Grams Butter
100 Grams Caster Sugar
1 Large Whole Egg
1Small Drop Vanilla Essence
Place the butter and sugar in a bowl and beat it till smooth. Add the egg and mix it. Finally add and mix the flour.. Add little water if the dough seems too dry.

Knead the dough lightly on a floured surface and make it into a flat shape. Wrap in a cling film and chill it for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven at 190 degrees centigrade. Roll the pastry into a large and round shape. Use a 20 centimeter round tart mould with removable base. When baking, use red kidney beans and bake it for 15 to 20 minutes until the sides are set and lightly golden. Remove the beans and bake it for another 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and while it is still warm, level off the excess pastry to the rim of the mould. Keep it aside to cool.
For the filling, whip the cream and refrigerate it for some time. While refrigerating, use a pan to boil the water and melt the chocolate and sugar. Later, add the egg yolk. Mix it constantly. Remove from fire and bring it to a room temperature. Mix the whipping cream and beaten white of the egg till it is fluffy. Add a few chopped walnuts to the mixture. Again, mix it carefully. Fill the mixture in the tart and once again refrigerate it.
To roast the apple, slice the apple first and mix it with sugar, cinnamon powder and a little butter. Roast the apple in an oven for 10 to 15 minutes until brown. Remove the apple from the oven. Bring it to a room temperature. Arrange the roasted apple slices on the top of the tarts. Serve cold. Garnish with some chopped walnuts.
