KINGFISH WRAPPED IN TURMERIC LEAVES (Coconut Chutney Tawa Fish)

Ingredients:
2 Slices of Kingfish
1 Grated Coconut
5 to 6 Fresh Green Chilies
1 Small Bunch of Coriander leaves
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
2 to 3 Garlic Cloves
1 Tbsp Mustard Seeds (Fenugreek Seeds)
2 Tbsp Fresh Coconut Oil
1 Lemon
Salt to Taste

                                             2 Turmeric leaves for wrapping 
We need two slices of Kingfish as shown in photographs. Wash and refrigerate them. At the same time, grind all the above ingredients except the turmeric leaves and lemon to a paste.
Marinate the fish in the ground coconut paste for 15 to 20 minutes. The more you marinate, the better it is for the absorption of the paste.
Trim both the sides of the turmeric leaves and wrap the marinated fish in it.
 Add Coconut oil in a pan and grill the fish. Turn the wrapper both the sides in order to be grilled properly on a medium flame.
Garnish with lemon wedges and coriander leaves. Half open the wrap and serve hot.
