200 Grams Butter
200 Grams Caster Sugar
2 Eggs
100 Grams White Oats
265 Grams Flour
4 Grams Baking Powder
Mix butter into a fine fluffy consistency. Add sugar to the beating butter and make a fine mixture. Add whole eggs to the whipping butter. Mix baking soda and refined flour to the mixture.
Fold finely to make even dough.
Make the desired shape mini-dumplings
Sprinkle oats on top of the dumplings and reshape the cookies.
