Ingredients:
50 Grams Minced Chicken
2 Wonton wrappers
1 Bok Choy Leaf
A Pinch Ground Fresh peppercorn
½ Tsp Sesame Oil
Salt to Taste
White of a single egg
1 Tbsp Chopped spring onion
Mix the minced chicken in a bowl. Add salt, pepper and chopped spring onion. Mix them well. In the center of Wanton wrappers, add the chicken mixture with a spoon and fold it as shown in the picture.
Heat the Chicken Stock. Add Wanton wrappers to the stock. Keep it on a simmer flame to boil it. Add the Bok Choy leaf. Add pepper and salt for taste. Add the sesame oil. Beat the egg white to froth and pour it on top of the soup. Serve hot immediately in a soup bowl.
This is really awesome for the rainy season.. will try this as well....
